The vision behind CAM Holdings, in my own words.

This is the 10-year blueprint for CAM Holdings — a diversified portfolio of businesses spanning technology, real estate, consumer brands, and local services. Every subsidiary you see on this page is either already running or in active planning. I built this page so you can see the full picture in one place.

My dream is to retire by 40. Not to stop working — but to have the freedom to choose what I work on. I want to build something that generates enough revenue across multiple streams that I'm not dependent on any single paycheck, client, or market.

I grew up watching my parents work incredibly hard with very little to show for it. As a first-generation Mexican American, I understand what it's like to start with nothing and figure it out as you go. That struggle shaped everything about how I approach business — scrappy, resourceful, and always thinking long-term. I don't just want financial freedom for myself. I want to create a path that others from similar backgrounds can follow.

Mentoring software engineers — especially those just getting started. Helping people land their first jobs, navigate the industry, and avoid the mistakes I made early on. I've been in their shoes, and I know how much a single conversation with the right person can change your trajectory. As CAM Holdings grows, I want that to be a core part of what we do.

Beyond mentorship, I plan to use the wealth we build to invest directly in first-generation entrepreneurs — people who have the drive but not the connections or capital to get started. I also want to help individuals and families crushed by medical bills, because no one should have to choose between their health and their financial future.

At the core of it all, I want to help people understand the real value of life. It isn't money — but money can be the tool that gives you the freedom to actually live. Freedom to be present, to spend time with the people you love, and to pursue what matters to you.

We also believe that education is one of the most powerful equalizers in the world, regardless of where you come from. That's why we plan to offer scholarships and grants to help people access a better education. A good education leads to better opportunities — and better opportunities mean parents can spend more time with their children instead of working around the clock just to get by.

The right mentor — someone who's built and scaled businesses and is willing to share what they've learned. Financial backing to accelerate the real estate and product arms of the portfolio. And expert guidance in areas where I'm still learning — legal structuring, tax strategy, and scaling operations beyond a one-person shop.

A ground-floor opportunity across a diversified business portfolio. Software with recurring revenue. Real estate with long-term appreciation. Consumer brands with low overhead. Local services with steady cash flow. I'm not looking for someone to hand me a check — I'm looking for someone who believes in the vision and wants to build alongside me.
